Before I ventured into entrepreneurship, I had a slightly different vision for her life. I wanted
to help other people through a career in nonprofit work. For a while, I felt like she had her ideal job.
That is until I found myself regularly working 50 hour weeks, burned out, with no support, appreciation,
or time for my family. I suddenly realized I spent 22-years helping CEOs build the organization
of their dreams with no job security and at the expense of sacrificing valuable time with
my family. So I decided to spend the next 22-years creating a business that
reflected my vision and mission.
Helping people is at the core of who I am. It is my core belief that no one should fall
into the trap of having one source of income from a job they despise or no longer
feel passionate about. That is why I created a platform through my podcast,
coaching services, books, and digital products to help other professionals
start a business. So while the way I help people looks a little different now,
I have a happiness that no one can put a price tag on.
